I’ve always been drawn to photography, but I truly learned the craft when I began shooting film in college. Working with 35mm developing the film and printing each photograph by hand gives every image a unique character and a sense of genuine memory. I offer glossy, matte, and canvas prints of cityscapes and landscapes, with most of my work photographed throughout the Pacific Northwest.

In 2018, I returned to my birthplace of Kyiv, Ukraine, to document my family and the place I called home until the age of 12. I photographed the series on 35mm black-and-white Ilford film, giving the images a timeless quality. The following year, the photographs were exhibited alongside an essay I wrote that reflected on the stories, memories, and people captured in the images.
